Answered desires huh!
So I know you would be wondering what this blog post is suppose to be. I listened to Dephne M’s vlog on this topic and it really blessed me so I decide to share.
“Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.6 Anyone who does not remain in me is thrown away like a useless branch and withers. Such branches are gathered into a pile to be burned.7 But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted!8 When you produce much fruit, you are my true disciples. This brings great glory to my Father. John15:5-8
The Lord Jesus Christ desires to give us the desires of our heart but there is a connotation and boundary to that. Walking in the realm of answered prayers where our desires will be like a sweet smelling savor… they become the prayers of their own can only but happen one way which is abiding in Christ.
Abiding in Christ is seen by the fruit we bear as we know they are the fruit of the Spirit. Abiding in the Lord and His word simply means that when you read the word you don’t just forget about it but you remember it in your actions, in your thoughts and let it reflect your character.
Then you begin to mirror the word of God in your life and it will be obvious you are mirroring the word of God in your life because of the things you will start producing. These things are the fruit of the Spirit and the fruit of the Spirit are: Love, joy, peace, long-suffering (patience),kindness, Goodness, Gentleness, Faithfulness, self-control (temperance).

These are the fruits that begins to show up in your life when you begin to abide in Him, it is a process that will continually happen till we go back to the father. #answered desires
Sometimes, we pray and we are asking God for somethings but we are not seeing it, it might be that it’s not yet the season for it to manifest but often times it’s because there is no fruit in the life of the believer and this is not a work base kind of thing.
We need to look at the things we feed on, the water that is watering our lives. What kind of gospel am I listening to? How am I studying the word of God? Is there fruit in my life? Do I love other people or do I always have negative thoughts regarding other people?
It’s so important if we really need to see the manifestation of God in our lives, we need to begin to love and be kind to other people, we need to have joy and be joyful with other people, we need to be at peace with everyone.
Check your life, what kind of fruit do I produce, what kind of thought do I think and meditate on, what kind of thought does my heart harvest? Does my behavior mirror the word of God? #answered desires
The Lord Jesus Christ is the true vine and He wants you to remain in Him. It is almost impossible not to bear fruit if you remain in the Lord Jesus Christ.
You also notice that when you do the things that are not of God the Holy Spirit begins to remind you of His word, when you feel like reacting or slapping that guy because he really got you angry, the word of God begins to be alive in you… that is what bearing fruit is, it’s not in the big actions, it’s in these little little things and our everyday living. But when you are rebellious and begin to listen your flesh then you are bearing the wrong fruit.
Child of God, it’s an everyday thing, the more we bear fruit, the Spirit of God wants us to bear more fruit, He desires our life to be very fruitful. It’s on those little things, habit and thoughts that produce the harvest, you see yourself walk in the realms of open heavens, the realm where your desires are being met because you please Him in your thoughts behavior and speech. Answered desires…
Sometimes you don’t need all the warfare and fasting but all you need to do is to think God thought, not just for you but for other people too.
There is a realm of answered prayers where the Lord begins to answer the thought of your heart because they align with His word.
You are unstoppable!
Father help me to be a doer and not just a hearer of your word
