UNBIBLICAL WORSHIP OF ANGELS
Then [the angel] said to me, Write this down: Blessed (happy, to be envied) are those who are summoned (invited, called) to the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he said to me [further], These are the true words (the genuine and exact declarations) of God. Then I fell prostrate at his feet to worship (to pay divine honors) to him, but he [restrained me] and said, Refrain! [You must not do that!] I am [only] another servant with you and your brethren who have [accepted and hold] the testimony borne by Jesus. Worship God! For the substance (essence) of the truth revealed by Jesus is the spirit of all prophecy [the vital breath, the inspiration of all inspired preaching and interpretation of the divine will and purpose, including both mine and yours].

worship of angels…
I solemnly wrote this post for my siblings in Christ who still worships angels or rank angels to the status of God and man. I understand where you are coming from but you took the wrong path. Angels are created to be at service for the heirs of salvation which is the man in Christ.
For if the message given through angels [the Law spoken by them to Moses] was authentic and proved sure, and every violation and disobedience received an appropriate (just and adequate) penalty,
Hebrews 2: 2
The writer in Psalms wrote “God made man a little lower than the angels” was communicating about the authority of Christ in man that has not being established and the spirit of God that was yet to dwell in man to make us eternal being.
Apostle Paul wrote in the epistles after referencing that same verse that we are superior than the angels, meaning we are same with Christ, we are who Christ is. Only if we truly know as believers who we have become, the very essence of God. Such power and honor to man that even these angels ask “what is man that you are mindful of him?” even though where this was quoted from it was referring to Jesus but after His resurrection He gave us the power to become this MAN.
[The purpose is] that through the church the complicated, many-sided wisdom of God in all its infinite variety and innumerable aspects might now be made known to the angelic rulers and authorities (principalities and powers) in the heavenly sphere.
Ephesians 3: 10
The revelation of God is for man, the revelation of man is for the angels, angels sought to know more about man. The church teaches the angels what to do and not the worship of angels.
And [so that you can know and understand] what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength, Which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His [own] right hand in the heavenly [places],
Ephesians 1: 19,20
Many, with this immeasurable amount of power and authority in us still live at the mercies of the angels. You will hear folks praying to the angels to pray for them and even protect them, even when the bible says we will judge angels. These are beings that you activate with your faith and word, beings who functions at the command of the word.
Siblings, we have been scripturally instructed to look up to JESUS only, the author(beginning) and finisher (end) of our faith and no one else. Let the messengers be messengers and never be equated to the position of God. No authority or whatsoever were given to the angels, so it is insane to serve/worship a messenger. They do not minister to man; they minister for man.
Moreover, when He brings the firstborn Son again into the habitable world, He says, Let all the angels of God worship Him. Referring to the angels He says, [God] Who makes His angels winds and His ministering servants flames of fire; [Ps. 104:4.]
Hebrews 1: 6,7
In the old testament, God communicated with the prophets through mediums and angels. This is to show that they are all( all the types of angels) created as servants to run errands and pass message across and not to be worshipped.
Angels are made to serve man not God and in ministering to man they minister to God, God does not need help, He is capable of doing all things by Himself, the only being that needs help here is man. if we study Genesis carefully, we will discover that angels could not have predated man
Then Peter said to her, How could you two have agreed and conspired together to try to deceive the Spirit of the Lord? Listen! The feet of those who have buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out [also].
Acts 5: 9
Angels are not detailed, they are secondary in leading and direction, they are around to help when confused or not properly perceiving well or when the matter is in urgency. An angel can help in circumstances but they are not designed to lead, that is the work of the Holy Spirit.
Let no one defraud you by acting as an umpire and declaring you unworthy and disqualifying you for the prize, insisting on self-abasement and worship of angels, taking his stand on visions [he claims] he has seen, vainly puffed up by his sensuous notions and inflated by his unspiritual thoughts and fleshly conceit,
Colossians 2: 18
They cannot lead because they are not faithful as the Father, they also change perception about God too. Observe well, most of those that has been doctrinally misled encountered an angel or a fallen angel, these beings are not always 100% accurate.
Do not quench (suppress or subdue) the [Holy] Spirit;
1 Thessalonians 5: 19
The spirit is the one that leads us in this walk.
