WHAT IT MEANS TO WAIT ON GOD.

I am in a season where God has led me to wait. Majority of the persons reading this are probably experiencing the same. Wait on God…

But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31

The definition of wait is to expect, to look, to wait for. It’s the straining of the mind in some certain dimension with expectant attitude, it is a toward look with assurance.

God can make you go through some situation that looks like He is no where to be found but He’s a God that does thousand things behind the scene, He only want you to remain in His presence and not be distracted.

Waiting has to do with your heart and attitude, the attitude of assurance that God is going to answer you in due time. Wait on God.

They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, that is to bring back into the original condition, to reconfigure freshness, to be fixed and unwavering, to keep going back to God with a heart of expectation knowing that He’s delivering you.

Oh, how great is Your goodness, Which You have laid up for those who fear You, Which You have prepared for those who trust in You In the presence of the sons of men! Psalms 31:19

In times of waiting like this, grow with the word, this is when you align with the word and you see it produce more. The straining of your mind with the word in the place of waiting will strengthen you and sustains whatever you are waiting on God for when it comes.

God is keeping you in the place of waiting till the day of showing, child of God, our kingdom works directly opposite the system of the word. The world moves immediately so as to gain speed but we gain speed by waiting —- they that wait shall be strong.

Waiting is not just a pattern of prayer, waiting is a realm for champions. It is aligning to what God wants to do at the time He feels like doing it. Waiting is not folding your hands and seating in one corner, it is engaging with God until you have a track record, having your own path with God knowing Him more conciously.

Anointing comes to your life by impartation or waiting. If it comes through waiting, that’s a track record with God. There is a scar when you wait but the scar comes with a prize and that is when what you will get will be for generations.

You may not know what He is doing but wait, keep waiting, your head will be moisturized with oil soon. That pain will not last forever, just wait. Those trouble won’t stay forever, wait on God.

All these happens in the place of constant prayers and study.
